One Health Security
How we publish, and how we distinguish independent research and analysis from formal academic peer review.
One Health Security publishes independent research, analysis, commentary and policy work concerned with the governance of biological risk.
Our publications are evidence-led. Sources are cited wherever practicable, distinctions between evidence and interpretation are maintained, and substantive corrections are recorded transparently.
Unless explicitly identified as peer reviewed, material published by One Health Security should not be interpreted as having undergone formal academic peer review.
Research notes may present developing methods, frameworks or findings. Analysis and policy briefings interpret existing evidence for research and policy audiences.
Where work develops into formal academic research, we encourage publication through appropriate peer-reviewed channels and link to those outputs from One Health Security.
